comfortable stay

excellent entertainment spacious facilities delicious breakfast

i didn't expect entertainment and it was excellent. the facilities where entertainment was held were big and spacious. the swimming pool was also a plus and i enjoyed it. the food was excellent (especially the breakfast).

My room looked out onto a noisy side street. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but people were shouting sometimes.

the hotel has a spacious entertainment area which is well maintained and clean. ramp access helps disabled guests at the entrance. there is a side access to dining room. downstairs toilets are immaculate and offer ramp access, aiding guests with mobility issues.

the dining room is arranged well with enough space to move around. the waiting staff are friendly and efficient, food is served quickly. portions are adequate and the menu can cater for all with custom requests if needed.

The location is perfect and beachfront. It is close to south pier tram stops. the hotel is only about a five minute walk from the tram stops, useful if you have mobility issues. this makes travel to other areas convenient.

the rooms have long windows and high ceilings, which give a good sense of space. the rooms are comfortable and nice and warm . soft pillows ensured a sound sleep for most (i think).

caring staff varied menu good room size handy location

i found the staff very efficient and caring. the menus catered for everyone, including custom requests. room sizes were good, thanks to long windows and high ceilings i appreciated the location near south pier tram stops. soft pillows ensured a sound sleep.

shower pressure on the third floor was sometimes inconsistent i found.

tough steak small amount

The breakfast was nice (especially the fresh fruit).

The food was disappointing. The steak pie had very tough steak. The vegetable curry was so overcooked that I could mash the vegetables. It also looked burnt. Then I was given a ham salad with a very small amount of ham.
